Working Principle
Driven by servo motors and assisted by a hydraulic tensioning system, the wire saw maintains optimal tension and stability in the diamond bead wire. This system propels the closed-loop diamond bead wire at high speeds. The diamond particles on the bead surface leverage their extreme hardness and sharpness to perform high-speed grinding on the workpiece, enabling complex contour cutting. An automatic water injection system provides cooling and slurry removal during operation.

Four-axis linkage system: Incorporating Y, Z, A axes, and a rotary axis. This integrated four-axis control precisely guides the diamond wire’s trajectory, enabling cutting of complex-shaped materials.

Structure: The gantry-style frame incorporates dual flywheels with ball screw drives for both vertical and horizontal axes. This design enables smooth, flexible, and stable movement. The Z-axis is independently controlled by separate servo motors, facilitating easy height adjustment and precise level maintenance. The A-axis rotary wheel features dynamic tension adjustment to optimize diamond wire force direction during operation.
