1. Core Structure and Hardware Configuration
Frame Structure: The entire machine body utilizes thick-walled steel pipes or square steel for seamless welding. Contact surfaces undergo precision milling on a mother machine center. Combined with a frame-type structure and substantial equipment weight, this ensures excellent balance and precision.
Drive and Transmission Components: X, Y, and Z axes are universally equipped with linear square rails paired with double-row, four-row sliders, offering high load capacity and precision. High-precision AC servo motors drive the axes, while the Z-axis employs precision ball screws for accurate tool positioning, making it suitable for heavy-duty cutting.
Spindle Configuration: Standard equipment includes 8 x 7.5kW constant-power water-cooled spindles with speed ranges typically between 6000–24000 rpm. Capable of continuous 24-hour operation, these spindles achieve single-pass machining depths exceeding 100mm, featuring excellent heat dissipation and low noise levels, ideal for extended batch processing. The machine also incorporates an industrial chiller to maintain constant spindle temperature.

The rotating axis processes cylindrical workpieces like dragon columns, while the flat workbench handles relief carving and hollow-out cutting. Processes workpieces 100-600mm in diameter and approximately 1800mm in length. Models accommodate non-ferrous metals (copper, aluminum) and materials like marble and acrylic.
User-Friendly Operation: Features computer or joystick control. Select models include pneumatic clamping systems for one-touch automatic workpiece locking and rapid setup. Some configurations incorporate auxiliary loading/unloading platforms, enabling single-operator material handling to reduce labor dependency.
